Delivery

1) We normally ship on the next working day after receipt of order and payment! The goods can also be sent to third parties. Just valid for goods on stock. Please note any information in the description of the individual products.

2) Deliveries are made worldwide by Deutsche Post or DHL. In exceptional cases, we also deliver via other parcel service providers (i.e. UPS).

3) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer immediately, and please contact us as soon as possible. In order to avoid the risk of damage, we ship in padded mailing bags and without any additional packaging around our main product. Meaningful PHOTOS are always helpful here! Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. They only help us to make claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

4) Shipping fee 9.99 - 24.99€

5) Our shipping packaging is completely neutral and does not allow any conclusions about the contents or the sender. Exceptions apply only for shipping to countries for which we must include a customs declaration. On this declaration our FREUTOY is then very innocuously described as 'adult instrument'.

6) To avoid unnecessary waste for the environment, we try to pack multiple items in as few packages as possible. Example: If you order one FREUTOY, three pieces of clothing, and a spare key, you will not receive one package for the FREUTOY and four separate packages for the other items. We will (if possible) put everything together in one or maybe two packages. Important: Male and female clothing items will of course be packed separately. We also deliberately avoid using flashy, excessive luxury packaging (so-called "overpacking" for show purposes), as this goes against our commitment to reducing waste.
